Dr. Riley and Chris Provided outstanding care. They quickly welcomed me examining me 22 x rays and then made a cast for my wrist in and out in under an hour.. The facility is immaculate the staff is courteous and other than having a broken wrist. It was a stellar experience from start to finish.

The online appointment process was easy. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly/helpful. The PA (doctor) was great and adapted her exams and recommendations to my husband’s situation as he’s foreign and health insurance is limited when in the USA. Great all around experience. Highly recommend them.

My first time going there. Very long wait but the staff was very friendly and helpful especially the nice young man at check in. The nurse and the PA were very kind, professional and once I was in the exam room things moved swiftly. I believe you can schedule an appointment…definitely the way to go!

Convenient if you need medical treatment. I had to wait a little bit, but It’s def faster than the ER so I had to weigh that out. That also could’ve been me being grumpy because of the issue I was there for. Other than that, the staff was nice and doctor was excellent and personable. He made me feel comfortable and we got the issue resolved. Very clean and sterile facility. Would def recommend. Hope I don’t have to go back! Lol… But would if needed. :)

Urgent care visit was great. Needed to see a doc for my child. Called office and was provided online scheuling instructions and forms to help expedite upcoming visit that same day. Upon visiting, office told me my costs upfront so there were no surprises. Wait was about 10minutes before seeing a nurse, then another 5-10 minutes before seeing a doctor. We got the prescription needed and discharge instructions. Was in and out within 45minutes. Highly recommend.

I liked the fact that I could reserve a spot online with IM Health. The facility was easy to locate, it was clean, there were clear lines of communication with texting and emailing, to confirm my reserved spot. I didn't have to wait long, I was able to fill out paperwork ahead of time to save time when I got there. The staff was friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

This was my first visit aside from bringing my son to a gymn/trainer introduction with his club team and for an urgent care visit. I was seen in the urgent care area and greeted by Jessica on the phone and Erica when I arrived. Chris took my VS and brought my discharge papers. My care provider was Carrie Jacovino. All were professional and kind. There was time for a health assessment and discussion. This is a health care facility that offers family care, physical therapy, nutrition services, and fitness in a gym with trainers, in addition to urgent care. The overall focus is wellness and prevention. The facility is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend IM Health.

I had an issue that needed immediate attention and I was able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday morning within 2 hours. I was seen quickly and was on my way to pick up my prescription which was ready 10 minutes after I left. Staff was really friendly and thorough.
